Little Georgia will have quite a scrapbook of visits in and around Maryland. We had a great trip to The Red Roost via ferry boat for a yummy Clam Bake. 
Cole and Georgia left their mark on Maryland and put their names on a dollar up on one of the baskets at the bar! Tom the owner was gracious with his hospitality! It seemed like we were destined to visit The Red Roost...Tom (above on the left) owns a restaurant in both our children's birthplaces...Salisbury and Guatemala!
Nana Alice, Cole and Daddy took a boat trip to Tangier Island. We rode around on a golf cart tour, played on the beach and ate ice cream at Lorraine's!
We took a trip to a cool island inhabited by wild ponies!
We visited a real working Crab Shanty...the best in Maryland owned by Chippie & Sandy.
We also learned how soft shell crabs come to be...they shed their shells and then they are rushed to your table before they get hard! Crunchie and delicious!
Like real waterman we baited our crab pots with chicken necks, dropped them in and caught crab! 
Cole wanted to catch and release, so they all went back in the water...with the chicken necks for their dinner!
Cole & Daddy also took a little kayak trip to Jane's Island and went on an adventure to the beach where we found crab claws, a pirate's den and lots of sticks!Cole even found time for a little nap as Daddy paddled back to the docks! Whew, that was a workout!
With all that activity it is time for a bath!
