Fresh off her nine month checkup little Georgia is going strong. She's now 20lbs, 3oz and has her two bottom front teeth and two "dracula" style fangs coming in up top! These incisors are a little painful for her, but she's such a happy baby it is so hard to notice her discomfort some times.
She's eating so well too! She's able to munch on soft items such as fruit, veggies and diced chicken and turkey. She loves yogurt, sweet potatoes, avocado and her new favorite apple sauce.
After a great block party in Grant Park Saturday, we celebrating Mother's Day by waking up early and saying a prayer of thanks for Georgia's birth mom, whom we send our love to on this day too. Then we made red velvet cupcakes and coffee and delivered presents to Mommy in bed. Cole made a special photo magnet and Georgia a sweet Baptism photo/card. For breakfast Daddy and Cole made a yummy frittata with applewood bacon, organic asparagus, and potatoes.
Mommy had a great powerwalk and to cap the day we went to Serenbe with some Whole Foods picnic delights which we ate under the gazebo in the rain! We capped it off with some Far Niente Chardonnay after the kids bedtime--what a weekend! (Yes, Cole is holding an appetizer knife after cosuming a hunk of Borsin cheese--that sneaker!)
