Halloween is not merely one night, but a whole weekend!
The Grant Park Parent Network hosted their annual parade through Grant Park. What an amazing day to celebrate in the Park! The day featured the parade with the route to the Pavilions where we played, ate some great food, visited with the Bubble Man and danced to The Wipes--a band of parents who play cool songs for both parents and kids!
Once Ms. Debbie got her hands on Georgia, she was not going to let go! Georgia 's parade ended in the loving arms of our neighbor, who has made a habit of visiting around Georgia's "witching hour" to spend time with her while she winds down for bedtime. She's earned the name Nana Kelly and we love her and hubby John!Meanwhile Cole struck it big with the Switch Witch--it must have been all those Swedish Fish candies--as she delivered his present--A New Incredibles Superhero Suit! He promptly unveiled for his buddy Jay-bo and the two superheros were off to stop all the bad guys! Alas, fighting bad guys can be tiresome stuff and before the end of the day our little superhero was tuckered out, so he bunked down honorably beneath the protective sword and shield of his Daddy.
Rest young Knight, tomorrow is another day!
Yet it wasn't enough for Mommy and Daddy to boogie down with the other parents to The Wipes!
